Erica Winegar is a communications professional with a decade of experience primarily serving the education, public media and health fields of the nonprofit sector. As Lilja's communications manager, she is responsible for cultivating relationships, crafting excellent written content and partnering with clients to provide exceptional collaborative experiences.
Erica is inspired by people and organizations who strive to make a difference in their communities, and this inspiration fuels her creativity and passion for impactful storytelling.
She previously served as a member of the board of directors for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of the Twin Cities (YNPN-TC) and the Friends of the Eden Prairie Library. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from the College of Saint Benedict.
Outside of the office, Erica enjoys reading, photography and exploring new restaurants and travel destinations (although the latter happens less frequently since Erica and her husband have two young boys who keep them busy!).
