Manager of Editorial Services
As editorial services manager, Alicia is an experienced word matchmaker and polisher. She helps clients find just the words for newsletters, thought leadership articles and more, helping match their ideas with the right words and images to make an impactful statement. She also enjoys working with clients to make their already written words shine bright.
Alicia has gotten to know words well since starting at Lilja Communications in 2005 as a public relations assistant. Prior to that, she held internship positions in marketing and public relations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Her experience with words dates back to the age of seven when she penned two classic tales about her brother, "The Boy Who Married the Telephone" and "The Boy with the Cranberry Freckles" (both currently out of print).
In her spare time, Alicia enjoys spending afternoons in the kitchen, curating her closet and training her cat to play catch.
