In light of the spread of COVID-19, and based on recommendations from Governor Walz and the Minnesota Department of Health, Lilja Communications piloted a new work from home approach for our staff Monday, March 16 – Friday, March 20.
Update 3/31/2020: After a successful pilot, the Lilja team has continued to work from home and is following the Governor's stay at home order. #StayHomeMN
We'll be utilizing digital tools to make the transition as seamless as possible, including Slack for chat, Google Drive for files and regular team check-ins via video chat. We're looking forward to fine-tuning our approach as the week progresses and we identify additional solutions to streamline our process.
As always, we'll be easily accessible for our clients, the news media and other stakeholders who need us. Your phone calls, emails and text messages will be readily answered!
We're grateful for the talented public health professionals who are making the sound, data-driven decisions that will guide us through this pandemic. But they cannot do it alone. In these uncertain times, we all have a role to play to safeguard the health of our community.
